What does Dynamix do?

Dynamix provides training , consultation & evaluation,  facilitation & mediation, and resource development. We help people to explore serious issues in a fun way.  Click here for more info

Who do you work with?

Dynamix works with children, young people and community members as well as working with professionals who support these groups.

What type of organisation is Dynamix?

We are a social enterprise and a workers' co-operative which means that all of our workers jointly own and run our business. Click here for more info

Who do you work for?

Dynamix is contracted by Welsh Government, local authorities, charities, voluntary & other third sector organisations, national bodies & public authorities and community organisations.

Who funds you?

We are a social enterprise which means we are self-funding: we generate our own income.  We are proud to say over 80% of our income is from trading.  Occasionally projects are funded by grants (e.g. our Esteem Train project is funded by Children in Need).   Some grants we apply for are to help us develop our business.  (e.g. We were funded in 2011/12 by Coalfields Regeneration Trust.) 

Where do you work?

We work all over Wales and other parts of the UK. Our office is based in Swansea.

How long have you been going?

Dynamix was established in 1989.
